Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from InGridhome.com only.

InGrid will refund your total amount, minus original shipping charges, within 30 days of the original date on your receipt. Simply contact InGrid Store Customer Support at 1-877-InGrid7 (877-746-7967) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to include the RMA number on the return package label (included in original shipment). Return your item(s) in new condition (including all parts, manuals) in the original packaging along with a copy of your purchase receipt. Incomplete return shipments will not be eligible for refund. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
